CAN&WILL fitness and wellbeing are launching new online fitness classes. Book onto the classes by email Beth at beth@canandwill.net
Once you have purchased your video session, a one-time use link will be sent to you. Please note that the link will not be available after the class has finished.
Classes available:
Body Boost: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6.30pm-7pm
Instructor: Beth Dawkins. A high-intensity, full body circuits workout. Minimum time, maximum output.
Duration: 30 minutes
CALM: Tuesdays & Thursdays 7.15pm-7:45pm
Instructor: Beth Dawkins. Combining the inspired practices and benefits of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga and Mindfulness to melt your stresses away.
Duration: 30 minutes

Belly Dancing

Katia is doing day and evening online belly dancing classes.
session are 40 minutes long via the platform zoom. She is doing very small classes of around 4 people so she is still able to see everyone and help them with their moves.
Belly dance is suitable for all ages and is not high impact so is good for those
who don't want to be jumping up and down. You will use core muscles to do the moves
therefore toning the body as enjoying learning a new dance!
