Parasport Home Workouts
Parasport have launched their first few guided home workouts.
They have teamed up with Kris Saunders-Stowe a qualified fitness instructor to bring you short, easy to follow workout guides.
Workout #1 - Stretching & Mobility
This workout routine is ideal for people who might not have taken part in sport or activity for a while, and are looking for that first step into getting active again. There's no equipment necessary, all you'll need is a little bit of space to follow Kris' instructions. Enjoy!
Workout #2 – Aerobics
An aerobic routine designed to elevate the heart rate. If this is too hard you can go back to a gentle 'march' at any time in the video until you feel ready to re-join the routine.

NHS Gym-free Workouts
The NHS have some great resources for home workouts, some of are inclusive and suitable for all abilities such as standing abs workout, chair workouts, seated yoga and neck exercises to name a few.
